We provide our clients with clear and concise solutions that capitalize on the fullest potential of their homes. Our goal is to create timeless stunning living environments that are a reflection of our clients’ personalities, while enhancing their quality of life.

OUR PROCESS
We typically take a more architectural and practical approach to the design of an interior space. We believe working closely with your Architect and Builders in the initial design stages results in a home that is not only functionally balanced, but visually cohesive. Our “hands-on” approach to design and installation assures quality and excellence in all phases of your project.
Working as a team on every project, we believe that our clients benefit from our combined experience as well as service. Regardless of our projects’ size and scope of work, each job receives both Partners attention. We have broken down our services into phases to better assist you in understanding our design process.
Phase I
Discuss design preferences & define the scope of work, budget, and timelines.
Phase II
Create your design through conceptualization, space planning, sketches, lighting design, and the selection of finishes, materials, and furnishings.
Phase III
Develop Design Criteria documents based upon the approved design concepts and selections for your contractor and subtrades to ensure our design intent is constructed as we envisioned.
Phase IV
Project manage the interior design phases from job site supervising of lighting placement, to flooring tile, and cabinetry installation. Upon completion of the construction, we begin the process of installing the furnishings, window coverings, rugs and accessories paying close attention that all details exceed your expectations.

AUDREY DUNN
Principal, Co-Owner
Audrey Dunn is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a BFA in Interior Design, as well as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. With over 30 years’ experience in all areas of design from residential, retail, and commercial, her talents encompass, architectural interior design, project management, as well as fabrication.
Formally the Design Director of an award winning international retail design firm, where her and her counterpart Ladd Lambert first met, they joined forces in 2001 to form their own design firm, McRae Lambert Dunn.
Audrey’s design insight comes from her love of international travel, industry knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. She brings a genuine enthusiasm to each project which ignites the entire design team.
LADD McRAE LAMBERT
Principal, Co-Owner
Ladd McRae Lambert brings over 30 years of experience to our firm having worked for some of the nations’ leading retailers. With a B.A. from the University of Utah, his experience encompasses directing design staffs for internationally acclaimed design firms, and completing projects across the U.S. as well as internationally.
Ladd’s technical background in architecture, theatre set & lighting design brings a unique talent and attention to detail to every project we design.
Ladd enjoys traveling, painting, cooking, and the performing arts as part of his creative process, which brings a passion for providing quality design and service to all our clients projects.
